Cozy apartment, fully furnished and equipped, with Heated Pool. It is located in the complex Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort, next to the Golf Learning field, 300 meters from the Clubhouse and 600 meters from the beach. It is on the 1st floor with exclusive access from the outside. It has four balconies / terraces, three of them in common with the room and in common with the rooms. The pool is for exclusive use of residents / tenants of Burgo D. Afonso V. It is equipped with everything you need, TV LCD, DVD, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Wand, Hair Dryer. There is also Wi-Fi internet and a 40-channel TV. No pets or smoking indoors. Sheets, towels and other (kitchen towels, table cloths, etc.) are provided for use.

Compact apartment nicely furnished.

Greeted by the owner who when asked about loungers stated someone would call the next day to open the store. This did not happen. The two terraces had only wooden tables and folding wooden chairs. We borrowed 2 sun loungers from a resident friend nearby, and we had to purchase 2 chairs at a cost of 50 euros. Community does not encourage sun loungers to be left around the pool area. Very nice complex. The negative comments: 1. 2 x bicycle locks on double kitchen cupboards which left little cupboard space in a small kitchen. 2. No lock on bathroom door. 3. No change of bedding as promised. 4. Felt apartment was overpriced.

Dear Jack, I apologize. In fact I made sure to receive you and if everything would be to your liking. However, taking advantage of your stay, we have previously decided to schedule our holidays for that time and we have done so. We went outside the country, however, leaving my contacts in case you needed help or if something went wrong. I left the housekeeper in charge of opening the storage door and giving you the sun loungers, because in fact the other owners don't like them to be permanently around the Pool. As well as the change of room, sheets, towels, although you have left towels for change every three days and also do a cleaning in the house in the middle of your stay. Sorry, when I arrived, I immediately realized that nothing was done, as everything was as I left. I called this person to reason and no longer works with me. I can say nothing more except that I was saddened by what happened. As for the comments on the kitchen, I can't agree. The kitchen is even above average for holiday homes, let us not forget that it is a holiday home, there are only two closed cupboards, one above and one below. The entire kitchen has cabinets around it and all available, and it is equipped with everything a traveler needs, all the machines, all the kitchen supplies and soup dishes, main and dessert, as well as the glasses, and cups of breakfast, tea and coffee, all for 6 people, with only 4 people in the house. I go there myself every now and then and I don't need to open my cabinets, since everything is in the kitchen I need. The bathroom door key, some guest has gone with it, and I will have to figure out how I'll put another one without ruining the door. Best regards Clara Soares

A minha família ficou deveras agradada com esta semana de férias na Praia D'El Rei. O condomínio é muito sossegado e a moradia era impecável, muito limpa e bem decorada. Estava equipada com tudo, mesmo tudo o que é indispensável em qualquer habitação familiar. A proprietária foi muito querida, fez-nos uma recessão carinhosa e brindou-nos com alguns "mimos", nomeadamente uns bolinhos regionais e uns arranjos de flores naturais. Ficámos muito gratos e satisfeitos.

Casa muito bem enquadrada num local magnífico junto ao mar. Zona Bem frequentada, tranquila, com Bons acessos e estacionamento reservado à porta de casa. O apartamento está decorado com Muito Bom gosto e Sensibiludade. É funcional, confortavel, acolhedor e com todos os utensílios disponíveis para se confeccionar uma Boa refeição. Voltaremos no Verão e nessa altura iremos disfrutar da sua Piscina e os miúdos vão adorar.

A localização é Magnífica, numa paisagem muito bem enquadrada junto ao Mar. A tranquilidade envolvente é de ouro e os Serviços de apoio excelentes. A decoração do apartamento demonstra Muito Bom Gosto, acompanhada de muita luminosidade, asseio, conforto e apetrechado com tudo o que é necessário para a confecção de alimentos. Adorámos.
