Our stone cottage sits directly on its shores, making it the only vacation rental in this untouched bay. Five steps. That's all that stands between your morning coffee and the clearest water you've ever swum in.
Crafted from natural local materials and powered by solar energy, the cottage honours the island's character while delivering every comfort you need: Starlink internet for remote workers or video calls home, an open fireplace for cool evenings, spring water on tap, a portable BBQ for sunset feasts, and satellite TV for rainy-day movies. The bedroom offers a proper double bed; the living room sleeps up to three more with two built-in sofa-beds and a foldable sofa-bed — making this a perfect retreat for families or small groups.

Your days here follow the rhythm of the sea rather than a schedule. Mornings belong to the beach; afternoons to exploring the scenic hinterland of Evia or driving the 18 km to Kymi port, where you can board a ferry to Skyros or linger over grilled octopus at a harbourside taverna.
