A stylish luxurious 3 bedroom flat in 2 levels, ideal for larger groups, business travellers and companies, families or for the fun and adventurous city breaker. Perfect for a day use for a business meeting or stay or for long term occupancy.

Guests are welcome to enjoy this 135 sq meter uber sunny brand new apt (renovated March 2023) with its stylish and luxurious decor. Unit comprises of 2 floors. The first floor is where the open plan kitchen along with the dining area and the living room is located. The floor has its own restroom with a small size shower as well. The second floor accommodates 5 people in its 3 bedrooms and has also a sizeable bathroom with a bath tub with massage jets. Visitors can benefit from a relaxing game of pool (american) in our professional size table or the various board games provided and keep the score in our specially designed wall where they can write with chalk provided. Space is also ideal for an alternative business meeting where all your ideas can be presented on the wall.
