Dunford House is a beautiful Grade II listed barn conversion dating back to the 17th century, located just a few miles from the picturesque town of Burford in the heart of the Cotswolds. Inside, the house is full of character, with stone mullioned windows, flagstone floors and a wood-burning stove that add to its historic charm. The main living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and scenic views of the gardens, making it the perfect place to unwind. There is also a separate snug with French doors leading to the garden, complete with table football, toys and additional adult and children's seating, providing a great space for both adults and children to relax.



The fully equipped kitchen and dining area makes cooking and socialising easy, with a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats up to eleven guests. A spacious utility room provides extra convenience with a large American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, along with space for coats and muddy boots after countryside walks.



Upstairs, the property offers four beautifully styled bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Three can be configured as either super king or twin beds (with an additional single as needed), and one as a king or twin beds. All enjoy lovely views over the gardens. Two family bathrooms, one with a bath and shower attachment and the other with a large walk-in shower, provide plenty of space for guests.



Outside, Dunford House Barn features an enclosed walled garden with a sunny south-westerly aspect. The historic streets, independent shops and traditional pubs of Burford are just a short drive away, while other charming Cotswold villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bibury are perfect for exploring. For family days out, guests can visit the nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, enjoy scenic walks through the rolling countryside, or venture further afield to the elegant spa town of Cheltenham or the historic university city of Oxford.
