Welcome to a wonderful oasis near the sea - a fresh and charming holiday home with a perfect location in Runsbäck right next to Färjestaden and its wide range of restaurants, shops and events. Here you live quietly and secluded while everything you could wish for is within easy walking distance. Enjoy the wonderful outdoor environment in the beautifully blooming and leafy, private garden. There are plenty of balconies and outdoor furniture perfect for long breakfasts in the morning sun, lazy days in the sun or nice barbecue evenings under the summer sky. There is also a nice conservatory with comfortable lounge furniture. The house is cozy and pleasantly decorated with a warm and welcoming feel. In the living room you can settle down in the comfortable sofa group in front of the TV or the stove. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped with a dining area and most everything you could possibly need. In the main building there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a nice annex with a double bed, which provides extra space and privacy for parts of the party. Enjoy a walk down to the sea for a refreshing swim. There is also a larger beach in Färjestaden. There are plenty of nice walking paths and bike trails. Shopping is available in Öland's market town. Not for rent to youth groups. Charging of electric cars is not allowed. Welcome
