This spacious apartment has a fabulously designed open plan living, kitchen and dining room with a sumptuous velvet sofa and leather chairs, 43" Samsung Smart TV (with Netflix etc. Apps) and Sonos speaker for music streaming.



The kitchen/dining area boasts a large quartz topped island lit by feature oak skipper ceiling lights and seats 4 guests comfortably with padded bar stools.



The high-spec kitchen has every utensil you would need, as well as Siemens appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, washer dryer), Lavazza coffee machine, Bosch toaster and Bosch kettle.



An inset balcony, accessed from the main reception room, gives amazing southerly views of York Minster and, being sheltered from the elements, offers all year enjoyment and a beautiful space to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

The second/master bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into two single beds on request. It boasts views of the Minster and a door gives access to the balcony.

Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 10 minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car, we are able to offer a free digital parking permit in either the Bootham Row or the Union Terrace car park. Free on-street parking can also be found within a 10 minute walk in the Bootham area.
