Lovely house

Sehr ruhige Lage Das war unser 3. Ferienhaus und bisher immer zufrieden gewesen. Bei diesen Haus waren wir nicht zufrieden und der Kundenservice kam uns nicht entgegen. Alle 3 Matratzen waren mit gelbe Flecken ( Schweißflecken?) beschmutzt. Der Kundenservice meinte die sind sauber trotz Bilder etc. Kundenservice verwies darauf hin das deswegen Matratzenschoner dafür vorgesehen sind. Schoner hin oder her. Der Anblick ist trotzdem nicht ansehnlich. Viele kleine Details auf den Fotos entsprechen im Moment nicht den jetzigen Zustand. Schimmel in den Bädern. Aussage von Kundenservice das dies nicht wegzumachen sei da es im Mauerwerk ist aufgrund der Feuchte. Im Pool löst sich die Beschichtung und treibt im Wasser. Dieses Haus würden wir trotz der ruhigen Lage nicht mehr buchen bevor es nicht wieder saniert wurde....
