The Villa is a great size and beautiful. The pool is huge and stunning. We really enjoyed our holiday. However it is a fifteen to twenty minute drive to Ostuni, it is NOT walkable as indicated, it would take 2 hours to walk so you do need a rental car.

The villa is fabulous, clean, great swimming pool, outdoor space. Do be aware a car is essential and not walkable to Ostuni. We had a great holiday and would really recommend. The quiet and country location makes it most relaxing. It would have been good to have more area information, to know distances.

Die Villa ist ok, aber an manchen Stellen veraltet. Zum Beispiel ist die Küche veraltet und manche Schränke riechen modrig.Ein Schlafzimmer ist leider nicht bewohnbar, da nebenan der Wassergenerator ist. Bei jeder Wasserbenutzung/Klospülung gibt es extrem laute Geräusche und man kann nicht schlafen.Preis-/Leistung steht nicht im Verhältnis.

viel Ruhe Traumhafter Umgebung

Der Pool war gigantisch und wurde jeden 2.ten bis 3.ten Tag von Francesco und seinem Sohn gereinigt. Ein bisschen nervig im Haus sind die vielen Treppen, die man leider auf den Bildern nicht sieht, außer einer. In der Küche haben wir den Gasherd (war Induktion) vermisst, das wir von Italien eigentlich kennen. sonst war es ein rundherum erholsamer schöner Urlaub auch für unseren Hund!

Prachtig verblijf

Onze vakantie was prachtig. De villa met zwembad is schitterend en de omgeving met steden als Ostuni, Alberobello, Monopoli zijn adembenemend. De velden vol met oude olijfbomen vervelen nooit. Vergeet zeker niet een bezoek te brengen aan Matera met het authentieke Sassi di Matera en het park parco della Murgia Materena! Je vakantie zal altijd te kort zijn.

Great villa with amazing pool close to Ostuni

We stayed at the villa for a week with family including kids, the villa was large, well equipped and only short drive to Ostuni. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. Ostuni has plenty to offer with the surrounding beaches and towns..would definitely return.

Mega Villa mit riesigem Privatpool.

Das Anwesen liegt abseits alleine, aber trotzdem mit sehr guter Anbindung nach Ostuni. Das sehr schöne große Grundsätzlich war genau richtig für unsere beiden Hunde. Es finden sich überall Schattenplätze, sowie viel Platz unter der überdachten Veranda um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Pool ist fast rund und dürfte einen Durchmesser von bestimmt über 20 Metern haben. Die drei Bäder sind neuwertig und blitzsauber, so wie das gesamte Haus und Anwesen, was in Italien nicht unbedingt Standard ist. Der Pool wurde nach Absprache regelmäßig gereinigt. Leider gab es nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, jedoch stehen Lüfter für jeden Raum zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist mit ihrer absoluten Ruhe genau das was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub gesucht haben.

Wonderful stay in Ostuni

Wonderful place. Francesco was attentive and awesome. The property was beautiful and the pool was really spectacular. We will definitely stay again. It was very hot and the mosquitoes were biting, but we made the most of the fans and citronella candles. Look forward to returning.

Ostuni Oasis

We had a magical 8 night stay at Francesco’s property. It was as beautiful as the photos showed. Francesco was a wonderful host and even picked up our partners from the train station while we were driving a rental car from Bari. The house was very big and spotless with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and we loved relaxing in the outdoor area, pool and spa. We loved it so much that we spent 2 days just chilling here instead of travelling around. Francesco was a very caring and thoughtful host who went out of his way to help us settle in. The local restaurant which was about 400m away was fantastic and is a good marker for finding the property. Thank you Francesco and we would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Beautiful pool and views we loved our stay. Inside a bit small particularly the kitchen but 4 very reasonably sized bedrooms. 4 bathrooms excellent condition. Clothes washing facilities very convenient.

A great apartment in Odtuni

Good location and accommodation. Large and clean pool. Some shortcomings with cutlery and crockery which the owner is aware of following our stay. Air conditioning would be useful. Peace and Tranquility

Located in the Puglian countryside, halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino, the roads leading up to the property are narrow and unlit but we didn't seem to have a problem finding the place with our GPS. The property is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen area is a little small (located in the trulli section of the home) but overall, the peace and tranquility that this property offers is unmatched. Francesco was always available and made our stay an absolute zen-like experience.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in Francescos Haus verbringen dürfen. Die ruhige Lage und der riesige Pool waren wie gemacht für eine entspannte Zeit. Francesco kümmert sich sehr um die Gäste und brachte uns sogar noch Decken für die Kinder vorbei. Die Einrichtung ist völlig zweckmäßig und es ist an alles gedacht. Bis in die nächstgrößere Stadt (Ostuni) sind es ca 10min mit dem Auto, 20/25min bis zum Strand.

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely private country setting but close to the town of Ostuni.

Beautiful, well designed and maintained villa with huge pool and lovely landscaping. You can help yourself to figs and pomegranates and the owner is super helpful. We'll definitely come again.
