Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire.
The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub.
The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The spacious property is well positioned for walkers and cyclists, with a byway on the passing lane and the national trust sites of Croft Castle and Berrington Hall within a short drive. There’s an array of country pubs and restaurants close by as well as numerous distilleries, orchards and country activities such as kayaking or hiking. For convenience there are several supermarkets and local amenities within 2 miles.
Slightly further afield is the historic town of Ludlow, famed for it’s food festivals and Michelin star cuisine. We’re conveniently situated close to the Welsh border for fantastic scenery, with both the Shropshire Hills and Brecon Beacons also within easy reach by car.

Coal's View is accessed via a private gated driveway, leading to a south facing garden and patio with hot tub. The property and facilities are detached and private, exclusively for use by our guests.

The cottage is completely detached, but we are in the neighbouring property should you require assistance.

To make the most of the property and it's location, we recommend guests to bring a car - the cottage has a privately accessed and gated driveway. Our nearest train station is Leominster, within 2 miles.

Please note that our cottage is for two guests only, additional guests or pets are not permitted. Infants are welcome but do let us know, and bring any extra equipment you may need for their safety and comfort (travel cot, stair gate etc). The hot tub does not have a roof overhead, on a clear night we recommend enjoying the stars with very little light pollution.
