Two-level flat situated in a residence with a shared swimming pool and garden. The 1st floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed or two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The ground floor features a patio overlooking the private garden (not fenced), a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen corner, and a single bedroom. Equipped with A/C, TV, and one uncovered parking spot. Beach distance: 1km, guests have access to a beach shuttle service.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.
