Immo Barneda Roses



Apartment located on the beach of l'Almadrava, in Roses, with sea views, in one of the most idyllic areas of the Costa Brava. The accommodation has been completely renovated.



You have a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.



It features a terrace of 8 m², iron, satellite television, air conditioning and private parking located in a nearby building.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker.



The sheets and towels are not included in the reservation price and have an additional cost. Alternatively, if you wish, you can bring them from home.



Sheets: £15 per bed



Towels: €10 per person



The apartment offers direct pedestrian access to the beach, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay during your holidays, contemplating spectacular sunrises and sunsets and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.



The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Many of our guests consider this area of Roses to be their favourite, so it is an ideal place for families.



⚠️ Access to the accommodation via stairs, so it is not recommended for families with very young children or for elderly people.



The Cap de Creus Nature Reserve is located a 20-minute walk from the apartment.



Almadrava beach is a fine sand beach with intensely blue waters, one of the most appreciated in the area.



Roses



Roses is an important tourist centre that boasts modern hotels, beautiful beaches and two ports (fishing and leisure). Its coastline includes a long sandy beach and, towards the east, numerous coves such as Canyelles Petites, l'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi.



Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment and waters.



Roses has all types of services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, medical centre, hairdressers, vets, amongst others.
