Unlike other properties, The Private Accommodation Villa - Peralada is entirely on one level. It features a fluid, stair-free design where the large living-dining room, with its modern open kitchen, becomes the heart of the home. Thanks to its perfect orientation, the home enjoys sunlight all day long, while the large windows blur the line between indoors and outdoors to create a home that is always bright.

Relaxation and comfort in every corner. The home features four double bedrooms—modern, serene spaces with direct views of the natural surroundings. To ensure your privacy, two of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. In addition, full climate control with air conditioning and heating in every room ensures maximum comfort both during the hottest summer days and on cool winter evenings.

The Costa Brava’s climate invites you to live outdoors. The main terrace is the ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts or dinners under the starry sky. Next to the private pool, you’ll find a relaxing nook with lounge chairs where you can lose track of time, all surrounded by a harmonious dry garden that exudes the scent of aromatic herbs.

The minimum stay is 3 nights during the low season and 6 nights during the high season.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. (for guests 18 and older), with check-out by 11:00 a.m.

The cleaning fee is 150 € per stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay at The Private Accommodation Villa - Peralada:
- This is a smoke-free space.
- Celebrations and parties are not permitted.
- Please help maintain a quiet atmosphere between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A tourist tax of €1.75 per person per night will apply (effective April 1, 2026).
- A security deposit of 300 € is required at the time of booking and will be refunded in full within 72 hours after verifying that the property is in good condition.
