Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, espace extĂ©rieur fort bien rĂ©novĂ©, la climatisation et la terrasse couverte sont apprĂ©ciables, il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire pour profiter, cuisiner, se reposer. Literie confortable bien que les chambres ne soient pas grandes, coin douche petit mais bien conçu et neuf. Nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© le studio, propre mais qui mĂ©riterait une montĂ©e en gamme ! BĂ©mol, la plancha gaz dont le revĂȘtement en acier colle et est difficile Ă  entretenir. Un parking intĂ©rieur et fermĂ© pour le vĂ©hicule. La localisation prĂȘt du centre est un atout.Avis donc trĂšs positif, un sĂ©jour parfait.

GemĂŒtlich

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Am besten hat uns gefallen dass man draußen essen konnte mit Blick aufs Meer mit Grillmöglichkeit. Wir waren von dem guten Zustand der E-GerĂ€te in der KĂŒche sehr begeistert. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt und nichts war verklebt oder verkniestet. Bei Problemen half uns der Gastgeber und Consierge sofort noch am selben Tag und waren jeder Zeit ĂŒber WhatsApp erreichbar. Das machte das kommunizieren auf Englisch ĂŒber die Google-Übersetzer-App super einfach. Man kann die Stadt und das Meer ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen, allerdings sollte man besser nicht gehfaul sein, da es teilweise recht steil wird. Wir hatten einen Bollerwagen und Laufrad fĂŒr ein Kleinkind dabei, das Laufrad konnten wir garnicht nutzen und den Bollerwagen nur mit ein bisschen Umweg, weil die BĂŒrgersteige teilweise zu schmal sind. mit Rollstuhl hĂ€tte man sicher Schwierigkeiten. FĂŒr uns absolut in Ordnung und gerne wieder.

Great location

Villa is spacious and clean. Shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk but plenty of hills on the way back up. Pool was great but I heated so took a couple of minutes to acclimatise too, plenty of comfy outdoor furniture and places to eat. The only thing which wasn’t great was the charge for bedding, an unnecessary additional cost for a villa when we had already paid a premium for school holidays. Overall we would recommend.

Exzellente Unterkunft

Haus und Terrasse sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Ortskern und Strand sind in 10 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sowohl Vermieter als auch der Kontakt vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superb house in Roses.

House is very comfortable with fantastic views and best location if one wants to be close to Roses center. We had a lovely stay and owners were very forthcoming and always quick to respond. For summer months the air conditioning in all the rooms is a big plus and also the mattresses were new and good quality. WiFi was also very good. Thanks!

Belle maison, dans quartier calme, avec une trĂšs belle vue

Notre sĂ©jour s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. La maison Ă©tait bien placĂ©e, ni trop proche et ni trop loin des animations et zones Ă  visiter. Les propriĂ©taires Ă©taient trĂšs disponibles et trĂšs rĂ©actifs pour Ă©changer avec nous et nous permettre de rĂ©server leur belle maison qui Ă©tait trĂšs propre (c'est toujours agrĂ©able d'arriver dans une location trĂšs bien entretenue). De plus, nous avons Ă©tĂ© vraiment bien accueillis, Ă  l'arrivĂ©e comme au dĂ©part. MERCI Ă  eux 😄
