We arrived steep steps to the property fine not a problem, after we entered could clearly see it was nothing like what was listed. Ripped Lino to the point of a trip hazard. Screws hanging out the banister. Ants in the living room and little beetle bugs in the main bedroom. Drain overflowing with sewage in the garden.no garden furniture, eight bin bags of rubbish that had been ripped open by what we discovered to be rats. Beds were broken mattress’s on the double beds that uncomfortable I woke up with dead arms every morning the springs are way beyond gone. The whole house needs ripping out and renovating. Bathroom was disgusting toilets disgusting. There was no hot water and no heating. Called their emergency line and they did send a boiler engineer out. However, my husband had to top up the boiler every day to allow us to have hot water as the boiler is leaking. Was told that we could only get 100 back. One of the children with asd wouldn’t use the loo because of
