Das Haus und die Lage ist schön, allerdings hat das Haus seine Besten Jahre hinter sich und benötigt einige Erneuerungen, so ist die Veranda teilweise morsch und weißt Löcher auf. Auch die Küche und die Küchengeräte sind sehr alt und entsprechend mir Gebrauchsspuren versehen. Leider war das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber und wir haben erstmal spülen müssen, auch die Matratzen, Kissen und Decken haben Flecken gehabt. Man sieht das begonnen wurde zu modernisieren, so ist ein Neuer Boden verlegt und eine Klimaanlage verbaut worden, auch der Kamine so wie die Möbel sind recht neu und in sehr guten Zustand. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermitter war unproblematisch und hat immer schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. In Summe haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht so hat der Grosse Garten und die Nähe zum Strand für einiges entschädigt.
