Bryn Eglwys on the edge of Barmouth is a splendid, large family holiday home with a hot tub. Lounge Holidays is thrilled to offer this gorgeous period property in Llanaber overlooking Cardigan Bay, not far from the town, harbour, and beach. With quality furnishings and original features, it ticks all the boxes for your family staycation.
This lovely home has full central heating and double glazing, as well as unlimited WIFI. The west-facing terraces off the conservatory are the perfect spot for enjoying the sea views and sunsets.

Enter from the driveway into a lovely conservatory, with a period hallway to the side, featuring an original Milton tiled floor and elegant stairway. The sitting room and dining room are on one side with the kitchen to the rear. Off the hallway is a useful under-stairs cupboard with an iron & ironing board, travel cot, and highchair (bedding not provided for cot).
Conservatory: The perfect chill-out space to enjoy the fantastic views over the Cambrian Coast, with ample seating for guests, a coffee table, tiled floors, and patio doors open onto the decked terrace.
Kitchen: The separate kitchen has numerous cream Shaker Style fitted units, finished with granite look worktops, plus a fully tiled floor. It has everything you would expect in a premium holiday home kitchen, including quality appliances.

Bedroom ONE rear - sleeps 4 With double divan bed and 2 single beds, all-white furniture with dressing table, twin wardrobe, 5 drawer chest of drawers, bedside table and 18” Smart TV. Windows with views of the hills to the rear.
Bedroom TWO front- sleeps 2 with ensuite With double 4 poster bed, 18” JVC Smart TV, all-white furniture with, 2 bedside tables, single wardrobe, dressing table, 2 armchairs to sit back and enjoy the stunning coastal views through the bay window. The fully tiled ensuite has a walk-in shower, with a combi WC/wash hand basin.
Bedroom THREE front - sleeps 2 with ensuite With king-size bed, all cream furniture with, 2 bedside tables, a single wardrobe, 6 drawer chest of drawers, chairs in front of the window to enjoy the stunning coastal views. The fully tiled ensuite has a walk-in shower, with a fitted vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom FOUR rear- sleeps 3 Only suitable for children, with a triple bunk and bedside table.
OUTSIDE
Terrace: From the conservatory, you access a large sunny terrace on two levels. On the first level is a big gas BBQ, round picnic table with seating for all the guests. On the 2nd level is a hot tub and a custom made feature bar. (images to follow) Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun, and enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast, looking towards the Llyn Peninsula with Bardsey Island in the distance. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets that the West Coast has to offer!
Parking & access: The house has its own private, off-road parking for 3/4 cars max. Accessed is steep at the top, but the main area is fairly level. Several stone steps lead down to the house. The steps are not particularly steep and fine for any reasonably mobile/active person.
