We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is not modern, but it's clean and cozy. The location is hard to beat and the amenities of the place having a jacuzzi and heated pool after skiing we're amazing. We loved our stay. Thank you!
When we got to the property the keypad to get in stopped working, but Maria was very helpful and allowed us to get in using the key box! My only complaint is that neither of the toilets were very clean on the inside, but overall we enjoyed our stay!
would be 5 stars if not for broken washer/dryer that left our clothes locked in dark water for a long time (followed directions). everything else was great. the hotel and unit are a little dated but you cannot beat the location. size was comfortable and exactly as described. white pines was very accommodating, allowing us to switch dates when park city went on strike.
The property is ideal if you value access to lifts, cleanliness, and a nice common area hot tub/pool.
It is a loft. There are two large sized bathrooms, one with a shower. Everything works. We cooked breakfast and ate out for all other meals. The covered garage helps. It is a great place to stay. Maria is always accessible and is helpful.

Great location and very clean
We enjoyed our stay at White Pines. We've stayed in many vacation rentals before and this was by far the cleanest one we've stayed in! The location was perfect and it was only a short walk to several main ski lifts. The covered parking is nice as well. The only draw back was that in our communication with the property manager we were told that the unit had a washer and dryer inside the condo when in actuality the washer and dryer are communal, coin operated, and located in the parking garage. A small inconvenience. Management was apologetic and understanding when we expressed our frustration. We would definitely recommend White Pines and would stay there again. Thank you!
The condo was exactly what we expected, and closer to lifts than expected. It was perfect for our family of 4, the kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for all our gear. The property management was very helpful when we ran into a minor inconvenience (a missing key for the laundry). Overall, we would definitely stay there again!!
My brother and I stayed here while spending a few days skiing at Park City. We loved having a short ~5 min walk to the lift in the morning. The property manager was very accommodating.
The only hiccup was that I had trouble locating the email with check-in instructions since I had received it when booking the unit (about 4 months earlier), and it didn’t surface when I searched my email for VRBO. Once I contacted the property manager they resent the instructions to me.
It was a nice place to stay but they need to do some improvements with their rental property. We thought we were staying at a nice rental property from the pictures on Vrbo. Everything was fine except the kitchen area and bathrooms are old and outdated. The kitchen appliances really need to be updated including the microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. They had a hairdryer in the bathroom upstairs but it didn’t work at all. We had to call the White Pines Manager to let them know that the electrical outlets were not working and they had to come and flip the switch. Overall, the location and hot tub access was great. The amenities definitely need to be improved in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I would stay at White Pines again but at a different condo.
Pros:
- We walked to Park City Ski Resort and took the free shuttle bus to the resort and to main street.
- Hot Tub access and close to the unit.
- Main bed and couch were comfy. They had enough blankets to keep warm and towels for the bathroom.
Cons:
- Heaters are hard to get right.
- Some items were inoperable: microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The hairdryer was broken.
We had an awesome time skiing at Park City. We were lucky enough to arrive after a snow storm and experience the beautiful views of a white paradise around Park City as well as the house’s backyard.
Some facts about the house: there are no bedrooms. The top “bedroom” is wide opened and sleeps 3 people. The living room couch has a pullout bed. The beds are not comfortable. There is only one shower. The hot water tank is very small and didn’t last enough for all 5 of us. I am 5’ 10” and the shower head was too low. Very uncomfortable to shower. The washer and dryer are outside and require quarters to operate. Not very comfortable to use when it is 14 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I wouldn’t call the location ski in/out. We were about 4 blocks away from First Time lift and 6 blocks away from the main base. I still prefer the walking over taking a bus or driving. The clubhouse was very nice and half a block away from the house. It had a jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, shower, ping pong table, and foosball. It was very well maintained.
Our goal was to have a good time skiing and we accomplished that by staying in this house. It would have been better to have been more rested at night with better mattresses.
Pros:
- location was amazing, we walked to park city ski resort, very central, beautiful views
- loved the jacuzzi access
- decent cooking supplies
- main bed and furnishings were comfy
Cons
- as others have mentioned, heaters are hard to get right. Suggest only turning on the downstairs heaters to 65 or 70 to prevent overheating.
- some items were inoperable, including: downstairs bathroom heater, upstairs bedroom heater, the hairdryer was broken would only turn in occasionally and smelled like fire
- there were no sponges for cleaning dishes??? We resorted to using the myriad of hand towels in the kitchen
- there is no cooking hood, so don’t recommend cooking anything like steak/bacon/sausage/anything that will smoke
Overall the stay was great, but amenities could be improved. If all you need are the basics and a place to stay, this is a great choice!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of four and we had plenty of space. The Condo was very close to the clubhouse for the hot tub and pool and about two blocks from the ski lift. The shuttle bus stop was also right outside the club house and was very convenient to go to town for shopping without having to pay for parking. We had plenty of towels and linens for our stay and the beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but could use a baking sheet. The only cons Is the heat was very hard to find a happy medium and the condo could use a deep clean(baseboards and walls) or a fresh coat of paint. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to visit park city again and stay here.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out well for 2 people. It was quiet and safe. We were able to walk to the ski lifts at Park City or take a bus to Deer Valley. I would stay again.
If I could give this location 10 stars, I would! We spent three days skiing Park City Resort and it is an easy walk to four lifts and a ticket window. The pictures in the listing are accurate and the condo is well appointed. The only picture I would say is not accurate is the one with the view out the back sliding door. It is more beautiful in person! We loved opening the blinds every morning to see the scenery and cross-country skiers. The shuttle stop is also super convenient. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Park City.
This place was clean, fit our family perfectly, and was in a convenient location. We stayed for a few days in the summer. It was a little warm in the condo. No A/C but fans were provided. Would like to stay here again when we comeback to Park City.
