The villa accommodates up to eight guests and is arranged around a bright, modern interior with a smooth connection between indoor and outdoor living. The open-plan living room is comfortable and inviting, with a TV, natural light, and wide openings that help frame the sea view throughout the day. It is a pleasant space for slow mornings, time together after the beach, or quiet evenings indoors when you want to settle in and enjoy the setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a practical and comfortable stay, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or sitting down for a full dinner at home. Guests have access to an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, kettle, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for shared meals indoors. Falassarna is a west-coast beach area near Kissamos in Chania, known for its long sandy shoreline, open sea views, and sunsets over an uninterrupted horizon. The setting is more natural and spread out than a resort town, with the coast unfolding across several beach sections rather than around a compact center. Guests usually choose this area for direct beach access, nearby ancient Falassarna, and a quieter base for exploring the wider Kissamos side of western Crete. Parts of the beach are organized with umbrellas, dining spots, and water sports, while other sections feel calmer and less developed. Because the coastline is open to the west and northwest, windy conditions and larger waves can occur, so the atmosphere here feels more wild and coastal than sheltered or urban.

A car is the most practical way to stay in Falassarna and explore western Crete. The area is accessible by both car and public bus, and there is a Chania–Falassarna bus route, but public transportation is less flexible for day-to-day outings because the coastline is spread out rather than centered around a walkable town. Parking is available in the beach area, and guests who are not driving should expect direct transfers to be more convenient than relying only on local bus service. Falassarna is best suited to travelers who are comfortable with a low-density coastal setting where beaches, dining, and nearby sights are reached more easily by road than on foot.
