For Bridgerton fans it is only a few steps away from where some scenes were filmed. The Bath Christmas markets, Thermae Spa, Bath Abbey and train station are also only a few minutes walk away.

Ground Level



Step inside to a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area — the perfect social hub for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. To the right is a spacious living space with a TV, and a large dining table, ideal for shared meals or evening games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need for a group stay.



Lower Ground Floor



Bedroom One – A spacious and practical room featuring 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), ideal for children or groups of friends.



Also on this level is a walk-in shower room with WC and laundry cupboard (washer/dryer).



First Floor



Bedroom Two – A bright single room with original Georgian features.



Bedroom Three – A comfortable family room with one king-size bed and a single bed, plus a built-in wardrobe.





Top Floor



Bedroom Four – A cosy twin room with a built-in double wardrobe.



A large, contemporary family bathroom completes this floor, with a free-standing bath and a separate shower.



Monmouth Street is thoughtfully equipped for friends sleeping up to 10 guests. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home. Entry to the property is via an electronic PIN pad entry system and guests will be provided with their own, unique PIN for their stay. The owners do have a locked store cupboard inside the property with their belongings in which you do not have access to. Please note there is no outdoor space at the property.



Other Things to Note:

During the hot summer days portable air conditioning units will be provided at the house.

★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes).

★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm.

★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.



Interaction with Guests:

We will let you know the entry PIN code ahead of your stay and be available throughout your stay.
