It's located in the semi-basement of the private house. .

There is a comfortable sofa sleeping two people and smart LED TV with cable channels.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Kitchen is equipped with aa electric stove, kettle, microwave and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

For your safety apartment is equipped with the first aid kit too.

**** House rules:

Parking in front of the house costs 10 EUR per vehicle per night.

This is a smoke-free apartment.

Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for pets.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 30 minutes of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have the exclusive access to the studio apartment.

Private parking is secured directly in front of the house. The fee is 10 EUR per vehicle per night.

Apartment is located in the center of Split, two minutes walking to the Split seafront, right near the famous Diocletian's Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 12 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.
