The property is located in one of the best regions in Paros, Mikri Santa Maria, just a 7-minute drive from Naoussa and a 5-minute walk from the famous Mikri Santa Maria beach.
The house is decorated with finesse without giving up the easiness and warmth of a family house and offers an astonishing view to the Aegean landscape.

The space
~The Upper floor consists of two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 1 bathroom and a veranda with clear sea view.
~The Ground floor consists of a big living room (two built-in sofas that can sleep one person each), a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, oven, electric cookers, toaster, grill, espresso coffee maker and it also includes a dinning table) and a bathroom. Moreover, the main entrance of the house, the grand veranda and the accessing point to the garden are located in this floor.
~The lower floor provides one double bed, one bathroom and the storage room of the house.
~The main veranda offers a wonderful view to the sea and the silhouette of Naxos island. It is equipped with a big wooden table and a big stone built-in sofa, a coffee table with one double sofa and one armchair. Last but not least, there is a pergola protecting the veranda from the sun and wind.
