The apartment is part of an extremely old 15th-century house that retains all its original vaulted ceilings and stone walls but has been modernized to a high standard by the current owner and features all modern amenities, including LED floor lighting, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a modern bathroom. The open-plan living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed. The kitchen with a dining table overlooks the garden. There are two bedrooms with views of the garden and valley, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have walk-in closets. Please do not smoke inside the house.

A nice and clean apartment in a wonderful little village. Monica was very lovely at the arrival and showed us around. Franco answered any questions fast and was very helpful.The equipment in the apartment is a bit sparse. I would’ve appreciated if there was hand soap in the bathroom, dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher and more than one roll of toilet paper. The pictures on Vrbo seams to be a bit outdated. Some of the furniture had been switched out, and the outdoors “garden” area doesn’t look like the pictures. There is no grass and no flowers. When looking at the pictures now, the flowers were photoshopped in, which I do not understand why. One of the seating areas had been closed off and did now belong to another apartment. There is an AC in the kitchen, however the cool air doesn’t reach the bedrooms. The WiFi barely worked. We had some connection in one of the bedrooms, but not in any other room. There was someone sent to the apartment to fix this, but it didn’t get better. Overall we are happy with the stay. The pool area was always clean and the water very clear.

Das ist Italien

Die Lage im Dorf Civezza ist einfach perfekt. In gut 10 Minuten ist man am Meer. Das Dort hat mit zwei Restaurants und zwei kleinen Läden und einer Bar auch einiges zu bieten. Die gut restaurierte Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist reingekommen und somit angekommen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war ohne Probleme und die Betreuung von Franco war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten einen privaten kleinen Garten. Von dort hatte man Blick ins Tal. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein und gut für eine Erfrischung.

Appartement très joli et fonctionnel situé dans une ruelle typique de l'Italie. Très bon accueil. Petit bémol car l'accès au jardin n'est pas direct, et il est parfois difficile de trouver une place de parking. Belle région, très proche de la mer.

Wir sind gerade auc Civezza zurückgekehrt und würden am liebsten direkt wieder hin! Wohnung, Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt, der Ort ist malerisch und dennoch nicht überlaufen. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer. Insgesamt: Die perfekte Location für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Familienurlaub!

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene und kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben drei sehr erholsame Wochen zu dritt (Eltern mit Baby) im September in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie liegt in dem kleinen Dorf Civezza (ca. 600 Einwohner) ca. 4km vom Meer entfernt und etwa 200m über NN. Das Grundstück ist umgeben von Olivenhainen. Pool und Jacuzzi haben wir gern genutzt, den Pool teilen sich drei Parteien. Da wir dort oft allein waren, war es kein Problem, wenn die Kleine mal geschrien hat, was sehr entspannt war. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit einigen Annehmlichkeiten wie Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Durch den Standort in den ligurischen Alpen und die Nähe zum Meer ist der Freizeitwert sehr hoch: Mountainbiken, Wandern, Schwimmen,Schnorcheln, um nur einige Aktivitäten zu nennen. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind Städte wie Imperia, Sanremo oder Monaco. Wenn wir an den Strand gefahren sind, waren wir meistens am "Spaggia D'Oro" in Imperia. Dieser hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen, das einzige Manko waren die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, die das Lüften in der Nacht unmöglich machten.
