We are sorry that you did not understand that you rented an apartment and not an entire villa as both in the title and in the description of the rental is referred to as apartment Rosella. Always in the description in fact are also indicated the other apartments with their references. The photos, each with the descriptive caption, are refer to the rented apartment, to the surrounding area and the common areas. However, it remains to highlight that the apartments are designed to ensure guests maximum privacy as can be read from the reviews. The pool is located between the two villas and it is equipped with an easy to open sliding cover, which allows to keep the water clean and an optimal temperature. Rolf i think the review is referred to another property because nothing has ever BEEN UNDERLINED IN THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS OF OUR PAST GUESTS on this platform.I can only think that as you had to pay for a substantial damage it lead you to write an unreal review.You underlined without sea view and mountain view insignificant!We have NEVER written anywhere that our flats have a sea view! they have a beautiful open view of the hills and the city and our guests appreciate it. Read the reviews of flats Giulia, Giorgia, Rosella and Franco.You are not credible, you are incorrect!You want only to unjustly blame the owner because you haven't read rules carefully,so writing lies and making unfortunate jokes to him like during check in.As you had to pay deposit you storm me with unpleasant messages on the chat of vrbo. PLATFORM ACKNOWLEDGING AND COMPENSATED ME THE DUE AMOUNT. So make attention if you rent them a house verify all before with them at the check in/out to don't have unplesed surprises.Now I will respond to other untrue things. 1)the main road to enter in the property is not narrow.Look it on Google maps!About the road inside the property is downhill but nobody has ever claimed about it and have been there bigger and longer cars even with bicycle track.The street is clearly visible in the photos on this platform.You don't say again the true.2)The bathroom has its regularly habitability and it is clean.We have always 5 ☆ for cleaning. You have left apartment dirty and also bins full of rubbish. 3)Extra costs are indicated: in the description,in services and in the rules of the house.Linens you can bring yours own for free or rent ours at payment.-energy is charged because there are air conditioners.In 3 days you have only to pay 2€ that we didn't even charge you!- check in/out beyond the established times it is normal that are charged we aren't an Hotel.4)Even children are able to close the wooden gate of the garden.5)the door is an armored door and it is normal that it has an input limiter and not a chain!input limiter isn't broken at the first use!it's many years that my guests use it.At your check in it worked perfectly!at your check out the door was wide open and stuck to the wall so I can't see the imput limiter broken and dangling and you don't tell me anything.You also denied to have broken it,in the chat of this platform.Damage is 200€ because the input was broken and to change it you have to dismantled and open the door!

Dear Oliver , many thanks to have choosen Villa Lazzarini for your holidays. We are happy you enjoy during your stay here and you are welcome for next holidays. Family Kelbert are a very nice people quite and very cleaned. They have respected rules and are very simpa. Villa Lazzarini is 1.8 km in the hill of imperia but there is a short way for got imperia only by walking aprox 1 km and in 15 minutes you are able to go to the city. I suggest to take car and go down to the street than park and continue by walking.

Thanks for the time you have spent for write this appreciation . Every year we try to give more to our guest . Upgrading house inside and outside . Every year we give new opportunities to our guest for example they have a discount on normal price in some restaurant and Pizzeria. Only one think is not clear . Your appreciation is very nice but only 4 stars . It would be appreciated have 5 or know how is possible make your next holidays 5 stars . Thanks again
