Nuvélia, A Minimalist Luxury Story is a Brand New modern and comfortable Suite, located in the heart of the center of Zakynthos town. With its open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom, the suite offers all the necessary amenities for a comfort stay. It's convenient location allows guests to easily access the town's many attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops, making it an ideal choice for couples or solo travelers seeking convenience and comfort.



This 60 m² suite located on the ground floor of a building in the heart of zakynthos town next to the main shop and pedestrian street Alexandrou Roma, offers a stylish and comfortable stay, designed to meet the needs of both short and long visits. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for additional relaxation space. At the back, guests will also find an outdoor area to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy home-cooked meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, boiler, and all essential cookware and utensils.



The modern bathroom provides 24/7 hot water, while the suite is fitted with an 18,000 BTU inverter air-conditioning unit to ensure comfort in every season. Guests can also enjoy entertainment on both 4K Smart TVs, perfect for streaming favorite shows and movies.



Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the suite, making it easy to stay connected. Thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, this suite is designed to provide a relaxing and convenient stay.

It is a kind quiet neighborhood and few steps walk from the main pedestrian street and center of Zakynthos town, next to the main shopping road! This makes it ideal for those who want to be close to the vibrant town center.



The neighborhood has everything you may need during your stay. A big supermarket, off license kiosks, bakeries, clothes shops, pharmacies, souvenir shops, groceries stores and butcher’ shops are all available within literally 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby (100-300m away). Zante Town beach is at close distance (350 meters) as well as Kryoneri Beach (1.5km). Tsilivi beach, one of the most famous beaches on Zakynthos, is only 3.6km away.



Free public parking - feel free to park on the streets anywhere around the house.

"Flexible" check-in/-out policy means:

We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 15:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
