Spend a season in the Beach Bungalow at The Atlantic Beach Estate, situated on an exclusive stretch of white sandy beach at the north end of Atlantic Beach. Enjoy enchanting hours basking in the sun on elegant teak furniture, gazing at the sublime sunset, and sipping wine or cocktails under the stars. The views are truly magical at night, as the lighted palm trees shine against the ocean and the oceanfront swimming pool glistens in the moonlight.

The Beach Bungalow has 800 square feet of living space with an open-concept floor plan, with spacious sitting and dining area, and travertine wood burning fireplace.
The great room is furnished with classic teak furniture and teak dining table that can sit up to 8 and features a separate bar. The great room also has a murphy bed for guests. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and the bath has a walk in shower and bidet. There are 2 closets. The Beach Bungalow has a covered deck on the oceanfront with 800 square feet of deck overlooking the huge oceanfront lawn.

The Atlantic Beach Estate is a 1.7 acre oceanfront estate designed in 1961 in a mid-century modern architectural design. The architecture features inverted California redwood ceilings that overhang the house which allows the doors and windows to be open when raining, Italian Travertine, Texas white brick, with glass and light throughout. The Estate has an expansive lush oceanfront lawn with a natural dune system leading to the ocean.

The rate includes utilities, internet, and access to the pool and beach. Does not include taxes, cleaning fees, and a security deposit. Well behaved pets are permitted for an additional fee. We are five minutes from the town center with many shops and restaurants and the Spa at the 5-star One Ocean Resort; 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
