Come enjoy breathtaking views from this large well furnished ocean front balcony and beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bath Jacksonville Beach condo. Spotting dolphins is pretty much a daily thing, But, if you are lucky, you may spot a whale or two. We have even seen a manatee (rare site, but oh so thrilling). Enjoy the many amenities this unit and property has to offer, such as 3 smart TVs, WiFi, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler with wheels, wagon, pool, free parking, fitness room, and much more. The complex is located within walking distance to several restaurants, and a natural foods grocery store that focuses on organic food. You can rent really nice beach chairs (that are brought to you to the beach) among many other beach items from East Coast Sports Rentals (located north side of the Hampton Hotel next door to the complex, Rent bikes from the same folks, or Champion Cycling. Most people don't realize that this is an actual island and it runs from Mayport (North) all the way to St Augustine (South), making it approximately 36 miles. From Oceania to St Augustine is 28 miles, and from Oceania to Mayport is about 8 miles. In other words, you can go for as long a walk or bike ride on the sand as you would like.
There are wonderful day trips you can take, such as; Take the Mayport Ferry to Amelia Island and Fernandina where, among many things you can do, you can go horseback riding on the beach ameliaislandhorsebackriding. Spend a day at the beautiful and exciting Jacksonville Zoo. Spend a nice full day (or longer) at historic St Augustine. Jekyll Island, GA is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the condo. If you bring or rent bikes, there are so many trails to choose from. Load up the komoot and/or bikemap apps.

NUMBER OF PERSONS STAYING - Please DO NOT have more persons stay in unit than the number you put in your online reservation and/or Rental Agreement. You may be fined for breaking these rules.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don’t forget to exit any streaming apps you logged into.
Don't forget to leave the 2 entry fobs, hang them on kitchen wall.

This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice items. Even the paper towels and toilet paper were high quality; not the cheap stuff other rentals furnish. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!
Great view of the beach. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Host even decorated the condo as we stayed during Christmas week.
The condo was beautiful and so organized. Everything was labeled and so easy to find. The communication with the host was wonderful. She responded right away. The view was gorgeous. We are looking forward to returning next year!
This was our first visit to Jax beach and we were not disappointed. The beach is very clean and not over crowded. The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and super clean! We loved the direct ocean front view from the balcony living room and master bedroom. The balcony was very large and comfortable. Also love that it was a gated complex. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo had everything needed to make meals in if desired. Mona and Magaly fantastic! Available timely for what ever you needed.. thanks for your efforts to make our experience wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful condo!! The view is mesmerizing and the condo is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Magaly and Mona were amazing! I highly recommend this condo when coming to Jacksonville!
This place is superb vacation rental. Very clean with all the conveniences and essentials not typically expected at vacation rentals. Information and instructions provided by the host were clear and precise. Excellent location - you get beach town vibe, but with the big city within short drive. And then there is a beach and the view. Hopefully pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

Excellent, QUIET property for a relaxing beach vacation! Great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and some activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were a perfect addition so we didn’t have to travel with our own or purchase them!

Hello, my name is Magaly Kramp. I am a retired travel agent and I assist potential guests in booking this unit in behalf of the owners, whom are my very good friends of 35+ years. As an agent of 25+ years, and a world traveler myself, I feel that I know exactly what a vacationer wants; a clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and adequately equipped home away from home. This unit has been under my supervision since 2006 and there is nothing I love more than for a guest to tell me "this condo is more than what I was hoping for" or "I feel at home here" or "the pictures do not do this unit justice". That is when I know I have done my job well. My helper and right hand, Mona Peterson, and I have been good friends since 1995 and she has been a HUGE part of our taking great care of this unit as well as our wonderful guests. Mona meets our guests at the condo upon arrival and shows them around plus answers all their questions. From the very beginning of Mona's and mine vacation rental venture, all our guests have always been very happy with our efforts to keep this unit as perfect as possible and every one of our guests have let us know of their approval. And they all let me know, repeatedly, how much they love Mona. Bottom line, we may not be the owners, but we take care of this unit as if it was our very own, we make sure it's well maintained and we are very proud of our accomplishments. Our success is also demonstrated in the many yearly repeat guest we have. :)
Why they chose this property
This complex is in a perfect location, it is the smallest of the high rise complexes located at the beach and therefore it is quiet and peaceful. The property is gated and the parking enclosed, nice safe feelings. Then on the other hand, if you are into clubs and such, there are a few just a few blocks south of the complex. Perfect for all needs.
What makes this property unique
I like that we are next door to the Hampton Inn and other hotels, which makes it possible for our guests to rent really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, tents....etc, if they wish. Unit is within walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, Natural food grocery store....
