Das Restaurant war vom Hygieneamt geschlossen worden, wir mussten zum Frühstücken zum Italiener gehen, es gab keinerlei Möglichkeit im Hotel Speisen zu erhalten. Der Fahrstuhl war auch kaputt, Hilfe beim Gepäck tragen wurde nicht angeboten. Die Sauna war verdreckt und die Duschen kaputt.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt ist eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer ist unter dem Dach und hat stickige 40 Grad, keine Klimaanlage und lässt sich nicht verdunkeln. Uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen und zum Frühstück müssen wir die Straße runter laufen und bei einem überforderten Italiener ein überschaubares Buffetfrühstück zu uns nehmen. Zum Dinner müssen wir in die Stadt fahren. Ein ganz tolles Wochenende. Vielen Dank und wir kommen nicht wieder.

der Fahrstuhl war 3 Tage defekt, wir (2Frauen reiferen Alters) durften unsere Koffer in die 5. Etage schleppen, die 2 jungen Herren von der Anmeldung haben uns zur Treppe verwiesen- ohne Hilfe . Beim Frühstück wurde ab 10:30 gar nichts mehr nachgelegt. Für alles musste man fragen und warten - Kleine Löffel, heißes Wasser für Tee , große Löffel, gebratene Eier usw. Das Personal war nett , aber ungelernt, hat man immer wieder gemerkt. In unserem Zimmer war einiges defekt - Lampenschirm, der Wasserhahn im Bad war undicht. Die Kopfkissen eine Katastrophe. Am Abend in der Bar wurde Fußball laut gestellt im Fernseher, viele Gäste haben nicht hingesehen und fühlten sich gestört. An der Rezeption gab es Unstimmigkeiten mit dem Zimmerpreis. Es wurde geklärt, aber nur auf Druck. Alles in allem - sehr schöne Gegend, aber das Hotel ist für diesen hohen Preis auch noch nicht zu empfehlen. Leider ist dort der Gast nicht König.

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr saubere und großes Zimmer und Bad…. allerdings unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig, abgewetzte Möbel , im Frühstücksraum mangelte es an Organisation die Tische abzuräumen, das Wasser im Innenpool war kalt, kein Hinweis, dass die Reinigung der Zimmer nur aller 2 Tage erfolgt, im ganzen Haus riecht es unangenehm nach Chlor vom Pool. Der „Kundenservice“ von Belvilla war eine absolute Frechheit , in der Buchungsbestätigung gab es einen Fehler ihrerseits zum Checkout, es war keiner in der Lage dass zu korrigieren, man bekam 10x die gleiche Antwort. Das geht garnicht!!!!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut unterirdisch.

Schade, wir kennen es besser.
