Visited with two friends, and we had a wonderful stay, during which we had relaxing stay by the pool and the lake. One of the highlights was having direct access to the lake right in front of the hotel, complete with comfortable sun loungers. Our Junior Suite was spotless, spacious, with a nice terrace where we enjoyed the evening and came with cozy bathrobes, making our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and offered everything we needed to start the day on a great note. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Service is very good, however food options not up to date (very few vegetarian options and overall not on the level of other resorts)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Unsere Junior-Suite war sehr geräumig, sauber und ordentlich, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war vollkommen ausreichend und bot eine gute Auswahl – es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war der Indoor-Pool, dessen Wasser leider sehr, sehr kalt war. Hier wäre eine angenehmere Wassertemperatur wünschenswert gewesen. Alles in allem war es aber ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, und wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Soweit alles ok. Indoorpool vlt 23°C der Pool Bereich war auch maximal 22°C warm. Duschen im Saunabereich defekt, Bio Solarium war ein Abstellraum. Warmes Wasser im Bad maximal 38°C, Heizkörper im Bad wurde nur handwarm.

Leider war der Aufenthalt im Hotel alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Während unseres Aufenthalts vom 16.10. - 20.11.26 wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt im Zimmer, zudem wurde weder Seife, noch Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die Dame im Saunabereich ( kurze schwarze Haare, osteuropäischer Dialekt) war sehr unfreundlich und frech uns gegenüber. Es gäbe eine Reihe weiterer Punkte, diese haben wir bei unserem Check out preisgegeben, leider hielt sich das Interesse des Rezeptionsmiarbeiters arg in Grenzen, so dass ein weiteres Feedback sich erübrigt hat. In Summe 1 von möglichen 10 Sternen. Sehr schade, da das Gebäude und die Peripherie deutlich mehr zu bieten hätten.

Housekeeping wirklich inakzeptabel schlecht. Viel zu wenig und unerfahrenes Personal. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, was zur Überfüllung führt. Ein vernachlässigter Kidsclub, geschlossenes Strandrestaurant, Schaum am Strand, nicht funktionierende Aufzüge, überall herumstehende Gebraucht-Wäsche-Wagen, gemessen an der niedrigen Qualität überteuertes Abendessen. Aber auch tolle Bar, Innenpool ok, schönes Haus, welches zeitlich etwas stehengeblieben ist, schöne Zimmer - aber leider Badewanne statt Dusche.

Aufgrund des günstigen Preises, waren die fehlenden Leistungen tolerabel. Die Heizung ist nicht richtig warm. Wir hatten eine Junior Suit ohne Seeblick! Die nicht funktionierenden Duschen im Saunabereich sollte man optisch verbergen: Alle regen sich darüber auf. Für uns war es akzeptabel, da es Duschen in der Umkleide gibt. Der Pool ist zu kalt bzw nur nach der Sauna zur Abkühlung geeignet. Die Parkgebühr für Rollstuhlfahrer zu hoch, zumal keine geeigneten Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen. Das Personal, der Service und das Essen sind gut!

Das Personal, das Frühstück und die Lage waren fantastisch. Für einen Wellness-Urlaub sollte man es allerdings nicht buchen, da die Räumlichkeiten mangelhaft sind und nicht zum Verweilen einladen. Auch im Fitnessraum funktioniert die Hälfte der Geräte nicht. Schade, denn das Gebäude bietet so viel Potenzial und wirkt hingegen etwas verwahrlost.
