Regarding the refrigerator odor, we have already addressed this matter with our cleaning team and have taken the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future. However, we would respectfully like to clarify our position regarding the comments about the home’s amenities. Our home is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. We provide eight dinner plates, eight salad plates, eight bowls, eight large spoons, eight teaspoons, eight dinner forks, eight dessert forks, eight table knives, and a complete set of kitchen knives. The kitchen is also stocked with a complete cookware set, baking trays, mixing bowls, hand whisks, a can opener, a wine opener, BBQ utensils, a meat thermometer, eight drinking glasses, eight smaller glasses, and eight coffee mugs. It also includes a microwave, oven, blender, rice cooker, two coffee makers (one for American coffee and one for Cuban espresso), and a dishwasher, along with four dishwasher pods. The dish soap available at the time had been left by previous guests. However, as soon as you contacted us, we immediately provided access to our owner’s closet so you could use any additional cleaning supplies you needed. Our bathrooms are stocked with hypoallergenic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and eight toothbrushes for our guests’ convenience. We sincerely value all guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. We are glad you enjoyed the outdoor amenities, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
