well located for Manatee tour and fishing guides. Would certainly consider this house again. Seemed clean. Dock was nice, although not super scenic - however, I wasn't expecting it to be. Plenty of kitchen supplies and Towels. Beds were fine, too. Good find.

My husband, two sons and friends enjoyed all this place had to offer and didn’t want to leave- from the beautifully decorated interior, well stocked with towels and everything one could need to the outdoor fire pit, dock, kayaks - we couldn’t ask for more Hope to return soon!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Crystal River! The house was super cute and CLEAN, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, check in and check out were a breeze, and it's right on the water! It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed or wanted to do. A huge bonus was the amenities outside! We kayaked, rode bikes, and grilled. There is a fire pit with wood provided. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee or evening card games. Highly recommend!

Great location, everything we needed

We had a great time in Crystal River and this location was perfect. Looks exactly like posted. Very clean, everything needed to cook and eat in, and we were close to all of our activities. The kayaks and bikes were great. Paddled around, easy to get around and find our way back and the water was very smooth. The dock made it easy to get in and out of the kayaks. Lots of places to bike - very bike friendly. We were very satisfied with the accommodations - Thank you!
