Mein einziges Problem waren die Nichtraucherzimmer. Spät abends schlug einem der Marihuana-Geruch direkt ins Gesicht, sobald man die Tür öffnete. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das auf allen Etagen so war, aber definitiv auf der Etage, auf der ich war. Das Personal konnte nicht herausfinden, aus welchem Zimmer der Geruch kam. Sie haben es versucht.

Er half mir auch mehrmals bei der Reparatur meines Fernsehers und meiner Toilette. Sie sorgen auch dafür, dass wir saubere Bettwäsche und alles Notwendige haben.

Charlie hat einen hervorragenden Service geboten, war sehr professionell, flexibel und kompetent. Ich habe meinen Abreisetag mehrmals geändert, und sie war stets verständnisvoll und effizient und hat mir die Bestimmungen erklärt. Sie hat sich sogar an meine Zimmernummer und meinen Namen erinnert, was angesichts des hohen Gästeaufkommens beeindruckend war. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und hübsch, und das Bett ist bequem. Ich hatte einfach einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und werde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
