This was the perfect location for a last minute trip to visit my daughter at the University of Cincinnati. Property was very clean, close to campus and parking was literally outside your door. Communication from the property owner was excellent, I’d definitely stay again!
Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. Our only complaint was that the listing says there is a washer and dryer, and we never located one. We inquired about it in the app and never received a response. While it was not a huge deal, just went and bought a new outfit, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was not one. We would stay here again when in town.
We were very disappointed to find cockroaches living in the space.
We also found that the space was pretty dusty and floors needed a good wash (our white socks turned black walking around).
Bed mattresses were the one redeeming point of the property.
Not recommended.
Basic accommodations - perfect for attending Xavier events.
I was hesitant to choose this location as it didn't have any reviews, but I needn't have worried. As an out-of-towner, it's a little intimidating not knowing the neighborhood, but it seemed like a decent college neighborhood. The unit itself was sparsely decorated, but it had the basic necessities (tp, shampoo, drinking glasses, etc.) If you're looking for a cozy, homey feel, this wouldn't be it, but it's a nice walking distance to bars, restaurants, and Xavier. My only complaint is the front bedroom window needs blackout curtains - there is a very bright parking lot light that beams through the window all night and most people would probably find it difficult to sleep through.
