Located in Lido Conchiglia, on one of the most suggestive waterfronts in Salento, our apartment allows you to forget about the car and experience the sea in all its shades.
The house is located a few steps from the famous cliff of the “Broken Mountain” . It's the ideal place for those who love adventure:


Sport: Perfect for snorkeling, SUP, canoeing and scuba diving thanks to crystal clear backdrops full of life.


Diving: For the most daring, the cliff offers spectacular spots.


Easy Access: Don't you love to jump? No problem! The shape of the rock allows gentle and gradual access to the water, suitable for everyone.


The apartment is cozy, bright and furnished to ensure maximum comfort:


Sleeping Area: A spacious double bedroom and a small bedroom ideal for children with two single beds.


Living & Kitchen: A large and fresh living room for moments of relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen.


Outside: A small balcony with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners.


The real jewel of the house is the panoramic roof terrace . Furnished with comfortable sofas, it is the perfect space for an aperitif at sunset or to read a book under the stars.

Note: As per typical Salento architecture, the terrace is accessed by going out into the street and climbing the external staircase. The terrace borders other properties, giving you that authentic and convivial atmosphere of the seaside villages of yesteryear.

You are near the center of the village of Lido Conchiglia , a town that becomes lively in high season and quiet in low season:


Food: A few steps away you will find the renowned local fish restaurants and typical taverns.


Services: Bars, small equipped beaches and small shops are all within walking distance with a very short walk.
