The last two bedrooms are located on the basement of the villa, most suitable for young kids or for accompanying staff; one has double bed and the other two singles, each bedrooms has private shower room, and AC.

Staff & Services
A dedicated team ensures a seamless and personalized stay. Guests benefit from the attentive service of a butler and housekeeper; a caretaker and gardener are also present to maintain the property and ensure security and discretion.

Due to the location of the villa, water and power cuts can happen even if it is very rare
In this house, meals are prepared exclusively by the house staff.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
