The location of the house is unbeatable as it is 1 minute walking from the beach, and its comfortable layout allows the 7 people to have more privacy by being in separate rooms, and since the house has two kitchens and two living rooms. It is important to highlight that the house has internal stairs, that is, they must go up 1 or 2 floors to access the dwellings.



Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. If this rule is violated, you will be penalized with 100 €



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
