Ideal for couples or solo travellers, it’s perfectly placed for exploring Berwick’s galleries, cafés and independent shops, while also offering easy access to nearby coastal villages, castles and sandy beaches stretching along the Northumberland coast.

Inside, the apartment offers a calm and comfortable space designed for unwinding after days of exploration. With a bright bedroom, tasteful furnishings and modern amenities throughout and a compact, beautifully styled kitchen, The Georgian Suite provides a peaceful base for discovering this historic corner of Northumberland.

Bedroom / Sleeping Area – Original wood floor with a rug, super king bed, TV, bedside tables with lamps, chaise longue, a mirror and clothing storage.
En-Suite Shower Room – Shower, WC and wash basin.

Kitchen – Oven, hob, fridge, toaster, wine glasses, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, Nespresso original Citiz & milk coffee machine (pods and milk provided) and kitchen utensils. Please note that no additional electrical appliances—such as air fryers, additional fridges, or any cooking equipment are not permitted to be plugged in or used in this room under any circumstances due to fire safety risks.

The property is sustainably heated using renewable energy, including a biomass boiler and solar panels. Please note, the property has stairs only, with no lift due to the building’s historic layout, and does not have air conditioning.
