Luxurious, spacious (70 sqm) and modern 4 star **** apartment in the old town center of Rovinj. Enjoy the unique 25 square meter sun-terrace with summer-kitchen incl. BBQ, as well as the proximity to the sea and the port (less than 50 meters). This top-class apartment has an exceptional Italian and fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining table. The living room with flat screen and satellite TV as well as high speed internet (fiber glass) with WIFI and air conditioning complete this exceptional offer.
The duplex apartment is situated on third floor of a completely renovated house and consist out of 2 floors. The separate bedroom with large double bed, master bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and exit to the private terrace with dining table, lounge area and BBQ is on the 1st floor. On the second floor you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed (1 adult or two children) and a second bathroom.

Private outside offsite parking place, reservation on request. Parking fee 15€/day

Extraordinary journey!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Sasa's apartment. We were in Rovinj for our honeymoon for a few nights and the apartment is tucked away in an alley just off a small street with wonderful cafes and restaurants and a two minute walk from the water. We loved the location so much. The apartment is massive - with a large kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a balcony. Highly recommend staying at Sasa's apartment if you're coming to Rovinj.

Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Einfach vom Anfang an perfekt.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt. Die Terrasse war einzigartig. Rundherum findet man Lokale und auch tolle Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Eine Flasche Wein hat uns bei der Ankunft vom Gastgeber erwartet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur jedem empfehlen.
