The apartment is very stuffy, no air conditioning (which would be ok if it had effective fans and air movement - which it does not). My daughter woke up with bites on her legs and the host offered no solution. Each night it got worse. There were few basic necessities (no laundry detergent), limited towels, very sparse shampoo, soap, etc. it felt more like a hotel room than an apartment. Definitely not worth the money. The host provides pictures as directions which offer no context for WHERE these places are. I would only stay here if there were no other options in Lugano.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bites mentioned in your review, based on the photos provided, they appear more consistent with mosquito bites. However, only a medical professional can determine the cause with certainty. We would also like to point out that no previous guests had reported similar issues, so it is not possible to establish when or where the bites may have occurred. Regarding the supplies, we provide bed linen and two towels per person, as well as a small welcome kit containing small samples of shower gel and washing-up liquid, a sponge, and one roll of toilet paper. Our properties are self-catering apartments and are not hotels, therefore we do not provide a full range of hotel amenities or unlimited supplies such as laundry detergent. We are also sorry that you found the directions difficult to follow and will take your comments into consideration. Best regards, Happy Rentals team
