The Magnolia consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with an electric fire and Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front terrace with furniture and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining on warmer days. Allocated parking is available for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub, and within 0.8 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. The elegant seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea is a coastal town in North Wales. With its picturesque harbour and relaxed atmosphere, it is the ideal location for a peaceful holiday. Situated in the shadow of the towering Bryn Euryn, with Penrhyn Bay to the west and Colwyn Bay to the east, there is plenty to keep everybody occupied. Energetic visitors can climb the 365 feet of Bryn Euryn and discover the fascinating hill fort 'Dinerth' at the top, while those who prefer a more relaxed walk can stroll along the promenade, taking in the beautiful surroundings overlooking the Irish Sea.
