Outside, there is an enclosed rear balcony with furniture, a rear garden with large deck, gravel, furniture and barbecue, plus roadside parking and additional parking in garage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles, a beach in 0.7 miles and a pub in 0.8 miles. Seahaze makes a delightful holiday home for a coastal escape to Cornwall. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Although all bedrooms are located on lower level, one of the king bedrooms is a few stairs further down. Note: Access to garden is from rear door with steps leading down to the garden with banister. Note: Multiple levels within the property and within the garden where there are some drops; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food. At low tide it is possible to walk along the beach from Downderry to Seaton, where you will find a family friendly south facing beach and the nearby Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature reserve is home to wildlife, including otters and kingfishers and also offers great cycling and walking opportunities. The picturesque working harbours at Looe and Polperro are within an easy driving distance away, and the wonderful stretches of the South West Coast Path in this part of Cornwall take you to rocky coves, dramatic headlands and tales of shipwrecks and smugglers. Further afield is Plymouth, where you will find plenty to see and do, including a marine aquarium, a theatre, large shopping centres and the historic Barbican waterside area.
