Nice new studio on the ground floor of a courtyard furnished for 4 people, air conditioning, sound and heat insulation, double glazing, electric shutters, with large bay window exposed to the setting sun. Close to the city center, ample free parking, shops, the sea and beaches. You can spend a vacation without a car. Ideal for a couple with or without children.
Rest area: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, fan, television, wardrobe, cupboard, air conditioner.

Calme et tranquillité

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Carqueiranne, lieu de villégiature très plaisant. Le studio situé au centre du village est à une petite demi-heure à pied du port et de la plage ; Les nuits sont fraîches et calmes, il n'y a aucun vis à vis et le studio est très fonctionnel ! L'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux : Nous reviendrons !

our recent stay

Coming from US, I believe that we fully know what it means to have air conditioning. We rented this small apartment not so much because of the location but because it specified that there was air conditioning. Upon arrival we looked for it but to our dismay, there was a ... fan (so noisy that we could not sleep with it on) and a little machine which only moved around some air (supposedly cool)! We had to close the metallic shade and leave the door open thru the night. W/ 100 degrees it was extremely uncomfortable and not an honest representation. We used our own dishes and left everything very clean. We still expect to get back our full security deposit.

Voyageurs à éviter : peu propres, pénibles, exigeants, hautains et malhonnêtes. Ils sont partis comme des voleurs sans avoir ni rangé le studio ni fait le ménage et sans avoir payé les suppléments pour la location des serviettes, le ménage et les dépassements d'horaires. J'ai été obligé de faire le ménage de fond en combles après leur passage pour pouvoir accueillir les locataires suivants. Personnes à éviter ... !

Super séjour

Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine avec notre fille et notre chien. Le studio se situe à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer et à deux pas de toutes commodités ( boulangerie, boucherie, presse, ...) et juste à coté d’un grand parking gratuit. A notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement accueillis par un propriétaire charmant et disponible dans un confortable studio d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves. Bref, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location aux personnes souhaitant passer des vacances au calme et sans stress. Je recommande cette location de vacances aussi bien pour les Séniors que pour les Jeunes couples, Escapade romantique, Etudiants en stage, Familles avec ou sans enfants, Personnes avec un léger handicap, Vue remarquable, Animaux bienvenus.

Excellente vacances dans un joli studio

Accueil très agréable par un propriétaire courtois et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Le logement est en parfait état, tout le mobilier est neuf, ainsi que la literie et les électroménagers. Ce petit havre de paix est situé près du port et des plages. Tous les commerces sont à proximité ainsi qu'un grand parking gratuit. Studio très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Je recommande fortement cette location si confortable pour des couples avec ou sans enfant. Je conseille vivement ce charmant studio et compte y retourner l'année prochaine.
