This home is comfortable and spacious and Linda goes over and above with two extra cabinets of linens, candy bowls around the house, and a complement of breakfast items. I even noticed doggie bags and treats in one of the kitchen cupboards. The beds are comfortable. The yard is fenced and private and in a residential neighborhood. We enjoy staying here.

This house was so charming! Our host left us some wonderful treats, which we devoured immediately. The house was the most relaxing place we had on the trail. The host really communicated with us, helped us get in early, helped with the tv, we had to watch the CHIEFS!!!She made us feel welcome, and she left the perfect breakfast , bacon, eggs, OJ, milk, coffee, bread, biscuits. It’s in a small family neighborhood and we visited with the neighbors, they were friendly, and it is right off the trail. When we come back to Sedalia, we will definitely stay here again, thank you Linda!!

We have stayed at this property for multiple years during fair season. The owner is always VERY accommodating, and provides items that make your stay a little easier. The house is an adorable 3 bedroom pet friendly house. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The property was a perfect location for our downtown event, and we had a great stay. Everything went very smoothly, the place was clean, and we had plenty of everything--including some snacks and breakfast items to get us through! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Sedalia. Oh, and SO VERY NEAR the Katy Trail, so we could take a walk each morning!

Our group had the best time at Linda’s home. It was clean, spacious, and full of sweet treats. She was thoughtful and left breakfast items for us. The check in instructions were very clear, the beds were all very comfortable and the fenced in yard was nice! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Amazing Rental!!!

We rented this house for the Christmas Holidays, we traveled from Texas and felt right at home, the house was extremely clean, stores were near by and Mrs. Linda was very accommodating. I recommend this vacation house rental as we were very satisfied.
