Sleeps 9. Spacious home w/large fenced back yard. Fully-equip kitchen/laundry.

Central to everything in Sedalia. Less than a mile from downtown historic Sedalia. Wonderfully spacious 100-year-old home in older neighborhood. Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds.

House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed with a trundle that is located in downstairs sitting room. One queen, two full and three twin beds. There is also a baby crib.

Amenities include a wonderful laundry room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard with a barbeque grill, picnic table with 8 chairs, and a concrete picnic table and benches. Three flat screen SMART televisions available (55" 50" 32"). Two upstairs and one downstairs

Very homey and tranquil.

If there is anything our guests want or need, we are 2 miles away to accommodate any issues

All linens including bedspreads, shams, mattress pads, blankets and throws are laundered after each guest.
