Ideal for a holiday home with a dog:The house is designed for 6 adult guests and also welcomes two pets, so you can take both the family and your four-legged friends on holiday. The holiday home is 82 m² and is located on a 900 m² natural plot, which provides ample opportunity for relaxation, play and outdoor life in peaceful surroundings. The property was built in 1975 and was renovated in 2009, making it both classic in style and modern in function. Interior - charming, bright and functional:The holiday home has a personal and cozy atmosphere, where functionality and relaxation go hand in hand. The central living room combines the living room and dining area, and here there is both a wood-burning stove and large windows, which create light and warmth. The heated garden room functions as an additional living room with a view of the landscape - perfect for relaxing in all kinds of weather. The well-equipped kitchen is practically furnished, so you have everything you need to prepare meals on holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, which provide flexible sleeping arrangements for both couples and families. The neat bathroom completes the interior and ensures good comfort during your stay. Outdoors: terrace, nature and west coast atmosphere:Outside you will find a lovely screened terrace, which invites you to peace, sun and presence. Here you can enjoy the day's meals in the open air, read a book in a deck chair or just enjoy the silence while listening to the nature around you. The surrounding grounds give you plenty of space and a sense of privacy - all close to the coast and a short distance from both Løkken and Nr. Lyngby. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.Important note - • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
