We wanted a quiet, relaxing break from it all and that’s what we got. The tiny house was cute and adequate. The bed was super comfy, but I like my beds soft. It seemed like most onsite activities were shutdown due to COVID, but that was ok with us but might be a bummer for families. Only a couple complaints about the cabin: The bathroom door kept falling off the track and my husband had to fix it at least twice per day. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean. It was almost like the guests before us put them away dirty because they were too lazy to wash them. But the biggest problem was the couch. Like many other reviewers said, it is BAD. It’s worn out and the springs are shot. Please invest in a new couch because it’s pretty much unusable and there’s no way that someone could sleep there! Overall, assuming that the couch is replaced, we would stay there again.
We had a perfect much needed getaway. We stayed in the Aspen and everything was wonderful. One thing though, it can definitely use a better couch in the living room. We will absolutely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Loved everything about the property but the couch was damaged and it was like sitting In a hole. 😳
We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a scenic and relaxing location in the mountains. When we needed something from the staff, they were easy to reach and very responsive. I would definitely come back!
The cabins were obviously a new build, (tiny houses) small square footage but well planned. It had high ceilings and extra windows, nicely furnished and a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the deck and gas grill. A trail was directly behind the cabins, appreciated by us and the dog.It was so comfortable there we added another nights stay.
Had a relaxing stay at this quaint cabin. Close enough to what activities we wanted yet away from the crowds. Only surprise was the climb to the check in but only because I'm not walking real well and to me it was a climb
Had a great stay in the Aspen tiny house. Very clean and well appointed. Good communication from the owner and check-in/check-out was very easy. The couch/futon in the living area was a tad bit uncomfortable, but not a big deal. The only other drawback is that you can hear the road noise from I-70, but again, that was not a big deal as we were tired and ready for bed at the end of the day after hiking in beautiful Colorado! We would stay again.
Very nice cabin, very nice park, very nice people :) I'd stay again.

This was my first time using VRBO. Our experience was wonderful. It was nice to have all of our "wants" met. Thanks for a great time!

Nice Quite Place to Get Away
We needed to get out of the city for a few days while we had an open house. This was a great escape from the craziness we had over the past two weeks. While we didn't do the any of the adventures they offered, we did get a lot of peace and relaxation in. Pros: It is super quite, fully stocked with everything you need to cook with and live in for a few days. Bathroom was huge. Shower was awesome. Large TV's to zone out on, with cable. Lots of open space to walk and plenty of activities for the family. Cons: Bed was really soft (we were told later that there are other cabins we can request next time with firmer beds), Pillows were flat, all the linens were white, so they showed every spec of dirt you brought in, and the bathroom door was hung a little wrong so there was a gap people (only inside the cabin) could look in (like an airport stall gap) and the kitchen had no cleaning utensils, only a dirty wash rag. Overall I do recommend this place and we will stay again. Just need to ask for a firmer bed, bring our own pillows and scrub brush. Other than that, I can not complain. They are super friendly here, dog friendly and it was exactly what we needed to just get away.

Overall good place.
Great place except the pullout couch bed I was told by both of the other guests was horrible to sleep on so that would be my only criticism.

Perfect. Comfortable and clean. Loved it!
Loved the cabin and being in the mountains. The people were very friendly and the place was nice and clean. We just wanted to get away for a couple days and this place was perfect. Much better than a hotel room. We can't wait to come back.
