The Space:

The Coach House is a detached cottage in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, sleeping up to 6 guests in three bedrooms: a king-size, a double, and a children’s bunk room (max 2 children). It features a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, bathroom, off-road parking, and enclosed front garden. The rear garden offers access to a shared outdoor heated pool (1st May–Sept) and hot tub (year-round), plus indoor gym. Pool/hot tub access is via the owners’ garden. Pool hours: Mon–Fri 9am–12pm & 3pm–6pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm. Please note: the pool is heated via an air sourced heater. Hot tub also open Mon–Fri 7pm–8pm. Includes paddock for dog exercise. One well-behaved dog welcome. No EV charging. No smoking. Shop/pub 1.8 miles. Max 4 adults. Note: The property only accepts Friday check-ins.

Tucked away in beautiful rural Herefordshire, overlooking the large loop of the well-known River Wye is the charming market town of Ross-On-Wye, which is bathed in history and has easy access to the impressive surrounding areas of Symonds Yat, the Black Mountains and Forest of Dean. The town itself is speckled with timbered Tudor Houses which surround the impressive 17th century Market Hall. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy in the good-selection of independent shops, or visit the array of pubs and restaurants offering high quality meals to suit every budget.
