Welcome to my little slice of 30A! Beachside Condo #15. Cool, clean beachy neutrals decorate our space to make it feel airy & relaxing. It's set in the heart of Seagrove, ON THE BEACH SIDE of 30A. This ground floor unit has partial ocean views, which means you're just STEPS FROM THE WATER! The bedroom has a queen bed, with twin bunks in the hallway.
NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
ONLY ONE CAR PER UNIT ALLOWED.

I ALSO HAVE A KING BED STUDIO APARTMENT JUST ACROSS THE STREET IF TRAVELING WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS. Message me if you'd like more information. It's listed on Air B&B as "SWEET 30A BEACH SUITE".

Best Trip Ever

Our condo was absolutely perfect! So many tiny details that made our stay feel like home! By far the best stay we have ever had in FL! I would 100% recommend this condo to everyone! Condo was super clean, host was extremely helpful and quick responding to questions, absolutely no complaints from us! Location is perfect, beach wasn’t crowded, community people were friendly, and we were just 30 minutes from PCB (we had ball tournaments) .

The place was a great cute spot perfect for 2-4. Extremely convenient to the beach and everything Seagrove has to offer.

Great location, clean and easy

The property was perfect for a family of 3. clean, comfortable, and best of all, the beach was not overly crowded as some of the other , larger public areas. Just close enough to Seaside for the kids to ride, and just far enough away from the madness of Spring Break.
