Beach stay
Location on the beach and balcony overlooking the Gulf was great but this unit need serious updating in all aspects
The price was good and mgmt was responsive to our requests
No cable or dish, only the most basic free streaming

Fall Vacation
Great location great view. Short bike ride to Seaside shops and restaurants. 1.4 miles to be exact. Subway directly across the street for easy lunch. I never cooked so I can't tell you about what was there for utensils. The freezer needs new ice trays. Not much space for a family to sit down and eat. It was decorated cute but I feel the sisal rugs need to be replaced (very dirty) and the upholstrey on the furniture needs a deep cleaning or replaced. Beds were comfortable. The drapes were missing from the sliding doors. Old beach furniture was left by previous people on the patio. All in all I liked the place but personally for the money I think it could use a kitchen update and bathroom updates. Weather was PERFECT! Fall is the best time to go! Easy check in and check out. We needed help with the stuck sliding door and someone came out immediately.
