Rhos Las is a cottage with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, three Smart TVs and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include three doubles, one with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms. To the outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, along with off-road parking for 6 cars. Charcoal BBQ - please bring your own fuel. Three well behaved dogs welcome, please enquire if you wish to bring more. Early check in available on request to owner for £12 per hour, payable to the property owner. No smoking. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to Rhos Los for a wonderful base in Conwy. Please note: kindling, logs, firefighters, and matches will be an extra cost of £12 payable to the owner.
