Outside, there is an enclosed, rear courtyard with patio, artificial lawn, wooden gazebo, woodfire oven, and furniture, plus off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Neighborhood:

The village of Waterhouses lies between the market towns of Leek and Ashbourne on the southern fringes of the Peak National Park. The village was once the terminus of the Manifold Valley Light Railway - now the scenic Manifold Cycle Track, which winds its way through the picturesque valleys of the Rivers Hamps and Manifold. The track is flat and traffic free for cyclists, walkers and horse-riders. Waterhouses offers a selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. The famous Alton Towers Theme Park is only a short drive away.
